Case study for MSPs and managed IT services: How claireLOGIC built a marketing engine for growth
claireLOGIC was an established Thames Valley managed services provider with strong technical expertise, loyal customers and clear growth ambitions. The business had already invested in marketing, but activity had become fragmented and lacked the structure, consistency and commercial focus needed to support sales conversations properly.
In May 2023, claireLOGIC brought in Remedy Marketing to replace its internal marketing function with a flexible outsourced agency team. The aim was to create a more coherent marketing operation, connecting strategy with practical delivery across visibility, sales support, campaigns, content and customer proof.
The work began with a marketing strategy process, including customer interviews, competitor research and assessment of the UK MSP marketplace. This gave claireLOGIC a clearer foundation for persona development, messaging, campaign planning and thought leadership themes. While that structure was being built, useful activity still moved forward, including social media improvements, content ideas and early campaign thinking.
From there, Remedy developed a wide range of practical sales and marketing assets, helping claireLOGIC communicate managed IT services, IT support and its Strategic IT Review service in a more consistent and professional way. Materials were created for events, sales meetings, campaigns and sector-specific activity, including concise two-page handouts that made longer brochures and case studies easier to use in live sales situations.
The website also became a more active engine for growth. New and improved pages supported service visibility, local search and priority markets, including SME businesses, schools and academies. Alongside this, Remedy created lead magnets, email campaign foundations, social content, case studies and thought leadership materials to give the business more useful ways to engage its target audiences.
When claireLOGIC became part of Aura Technology in 2024, the marketing foundation created with Remedy could be adapted for a wider organisation with broader audiences. Existing assets were reworked, new materials were developed and the marketing activity extended into public sector, non-profit and specialist niche markets.
This case study shows how marketing services for managed IT providers can help turn fragmented activity into a more structured, commercially useful marketing operation that supports visibility, sales conversations and growth.
